Welcome to our end of row town house which is furnished with lots of little extras to make you feel at home. The 5* Roda Golf and Beach Resort is superbly situated for both golfing breaks & family holidays. Our villa is within a 1 minute walk from the golf course and club house and within a 5 minute drive of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor beaches, which are gently shelving and ideal for kids. Beautiful panoramic views over the golf course are available from the balconies.As well as on-site golf and swimming facilities there is a private beach club on the Mar Menor (open June - September) where you can be active and swim in the pool or the sea, go sailing or just relax and make use of the luxury spa facilities.
The stylishly furnished house has full air conditioning, full central heating and electric security grills. We have a well equipped kitchen and a well furnished living/dining room area complete with TV and DVD player. There's a terrace where you can relax in the sun, put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax
Sleeps 4 comfortably: the master bedroom has a double bed, bedroom 2 has twins beds. There is also a sofa bed downstairs in the living room which can be used to sleep a further two guests.
Not only is it great for golf, it's great for just relaxing. The beach which is only 5 minutes drive or a short walk is renowned for its safe bathing.

Dotted about the resort are many children’s play areas. Very modern shopping malls can be found in Torrevieja, Murcia and Cartagena. 30 minutes away the “Thader” shopping centre (Junction 763a of the A7) in Murcia has a number of welcoming eateries surrounded by many household named clothes shops. IKEA is a very busy store.
At Cartagena, also 30 minutes away down the A7 (A37). Cartagena is an ideal place to visit to sample the local bars an restaurants as well as local shopping. There are also several festvals through the year which are worth checkingout.
The Mar Menor is a warm water lagoon surrounded by blue flag beaches. The local beach is offer shallow waters ideal for children.
The towns of San Pedro del Pinatar [renowned for its mud baths which are free and benificial for health and also a fun day out], Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera, San Javier and Los Alcazares are all within 10 minutes where a variety of great value for money restaurants can be found. The night life in Lo Pagan can be very thrilling at times. The Salinas at nearby San Pedro del Pinatar are home to a large variety of birds including flamingos, plovers, herons and egrets. There are two main walking routes along the seafront and reed beds.

The gated community at Roda Golf is home to a stunning 18-hole par 72 golf course exclusively designed by Dave Thomas who also designed the Brabazon course at the De-Vere Belfry, the Ryder cup venue in Birmingham. The course at the resort is run by De-Vere and has recently been accredited as the PGA European base.

The beach club provides guests with a place of comfort and quality to relax during the day and dine & party at night

Course description
This excellent 18-hole, par 72 golf course, designed by Dave Thomas was created by combining different environments and working for a total adaptation to the Mediterranean landscape and vegetation. They have transformed the practically flat ground into an interesting and undulating golf terrain, with strategically placed lakes and carefully designed tree planting integrated in to the design, to challenge all levels of golfers. Watch out for the 7th Hole - 174m Par 3, played over water with the green on a small island!
Dave is rightly proud of his creation and has cleverly shaped the previously flat landscape into an interesting and undulating golfing terrain that is pleasing to the eye and provides an interesting and challenging test of golf. The design incorporates 3 strategically located lakes and a great deal of emphasis has also been placed on integrated tree planting and landscaping.

A 20% booking deposit is required to secure your stay at our lovely townhouse, the remainder is required 8 weeks before your stay. Please note, a security deposit of £150.00 is required with each booking which is refunded after your stay.
On your arrival our house keeper will meet you and show you round and also provide you with a key. Additional cleaning services can be arranged directly with our house keeper on arrival.
Please note - Breakages will be deducted from the security deposit. If for any reason you need to cancel your stay the booking deposit if non refundable.
