Welcome to our luxuary town house on the beautiful Roda Golf.& Beach Resort Los Alcazares Murcia Spain. We have the perfect holiday for you to have a relaxing break. It is a fantastic location for those of you that love golf as Murcia is the new golf haven of Spain.
There is an abundance of tappas , snack bars and great restaurants to.
Our Town house is modern, light and spacious giving you ample room throughout. Two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Fantastic terrace with golf and pool views for you to sit and relax to. Roda Golf has been designed for you to walk your way round landscape gardens giving you the real 5 star feel.
It has a lovely aspect over looking the pool and roda golf course. It has a built in BBQ for your al fresco enjoyment. A large table and four chairs with luxury sun beds.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay but we ask that you provide your own beach and pool towels.

The Costa Calida is said to be the best and healthiest climate of Spain. It is still very Spanish and is ideal for a relaxing break but it is also suitable for an active family or Golf Holiday.
It is on the shores of the Mar Menor which is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon which is separated by the la Manga Strip from the Mediterranean Sea.

Travelling there
• Exit airport complex
• Go straight across first roundabout (palm trees in the middle) taking the AP7 sign posted towards Alicante, Cartegena and Murcia
• Follow this road for about 1 mile then go straight across 1st roundabout, under the motorway and at the next roundabout turn left taking the AP7 towards Cartegena and Los Alcazares.
• Go down the AP7 for one junction, and exit at junction 786, signed to Los Narejos and Los Alcazares.
• Go over the fly over (i.e going over the AP7).
• At the next roundabout turn right signed to Los Alcazares. (At this roundabout there are some decoratively painted arches and the Roblemar restaurant.)
• Next roundabout turn right on the F27, sign posted to Roda.
• Roda Golf & Beach Resort is on the Right Hand Side after ¼ of a mile.
• Enter through the barriers.
• Within the resort at the first roundabout (plaza espigon) turn left (avenida del Mar). At next roundabout (plaza falua) take first exit (calle cantile). Follow the round around until you see the first swimming pool this is our block of town houses just pull over in the parking spaces and go up the gang way between the two blocks of town houses and ours is the end one number 3 calle cantil.

This is suitable for families and golfers and is only a few steps from the swimming pool making it idea for young children to swim whilt the parents can watch from the comfort of the terrace but near enough if there is a problem

Ideally situated on Phase II
We found your lovely town house ideally situated within Roda Golf. It was beautifully clean, modern and well equipped. The weather was perfect and being able to relax on the terrace while watching our children in the pool was wonderful. Very peaceful place - came back thoroughly relaxed. My husband and son thought the golf course was a great standard and we also tried out the go-kart track nearby and a great selection of good quality restaurants in the square. We would definitely like to go back.
